Can NRIs own here?
Yes. Ownership follows the law, explained openly.
-
How many estates will there be?
Only a few. That is what an acre and a finite valley allow.
-
How large is a Verdara estate?
One acre, at the least. Not a starting point to negotiate from. The philosophy.
-
Is this a field of plots?
No. Verdara is a managed private estate ecosystem. The land is never cut into its smallest saleable pieces.
-
What is the wellness resort?
A small resort within the larger estate grounds. Food, rest and movement — the living heart of Verdara, not a clubhouse.
-
Must I build a house?
No. A house is one layer of the estate, and an optional one. You may build nothing, or choose one of a few curated designs, all within the design code.
-
What does managed ownership mean?
The estate is inspected on a schedule, the landscape kept, vendors coordinated and the property watched while you are away. Everything is reported through the owner app.
-
Where is Verdara?
In the Gunjvani–Velhe country, west of Pune. Scenic landscape, good road connectivity, and 40 to 60 minutes from the city. Close to the Gunjvani backwaters, with views of Torna and Rajgad.

What is built, and what is still planned?
The land, the water and the trees already stand. The estate framework and managed model are committed. The wellness resort, Satvik kitchen, flower garden and recreation are still under design. Nothing here is called finished until it is.
